What to put in the email

A question about the product or an account: Say what you are trying to make. Public sign-up is not open yet, so if you would like an account, tell us what you would use it for.
Something is broken: Tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened. Include the browser and its version, and the name of the project if there is one. A screenshot of the message on screen saves a round of questions.
A security problem: Describe what you found and how to reproduce it, and give us time to fix it before you make it public. The security page explains how the product handles data today.
A recording or link that uses your work: If a shared Vistralo link shows something you own and did not agree to, send the link, say what the work is and where the original can be seen, and tell us how to reach you. We will look at it and reply.
A mistake on this website: The comparison pages describe other products as they were on the day we read their sites. If one is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
